About the Role

The UiPath/RPA Developer will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency for government and enterprise clients. This role focuses on leveraging UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and other automation tools to create robust, scalable workflows while collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates located in the DMV (DC/Maryland/Virginia) area or Bossier City, LA.

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, develop, and modify enterprise-wide automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business process needs and recommend automation strategies.
  • Integrate RPA tools with other systems such as SQL and Oracle.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Provide administration and operational support for automated workflows.
  • Stay current on automation best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of related experience in RPA or automation development.
  • Proficiency with UiPath (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Programming skills in Python, C#, Java, C++, or similar languages.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and automation best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or SAFe Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with automated system integrations and database platforms such as SQL and Oracle.
  • Exposure to enterprise system environments and automation governance frameworks.
