Role Overview

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the go-to support for UiPath bots in a live environment—helping users troubleshoot and resolve RPA-related issues.

  • Monitoring automated processes, conducting maintenance, and improving performance.

  • Logging and tracking support requests, documenting solutions, and reporting on RPA system health.

  • Identifying and suggesting enhancements to existing RPA workflows.

  • Offering training and support to users and sharing expertise within the team.

  • Communicating with stakeholders across IT, business, and development teams.

  • Ensuring RPA processes meet quality and compliance standards.

  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest in RPA tools, methods, and technologies.

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT application support.

  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

  • Familiarity with programming (ideally C# or VB.Net).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain tech to non-tech audiences.

  • Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.

  • A degree in Computer Science or relevant software engineering background.

  • Eagerness to keep learning and adapting to new technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • UiPath certifications.

  • Background in Agile methodologies.

  • Experience with tools like Atlassian or version control systems.

  • Knowledge of Elastic Search and Kibana.
