About the Role

Seeking a motivated RPA Solutions Engineer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere to join the Automation & Technology Enablement team. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows from start to finish. The position involves close collaboration with business partners to understand needs, create technical solutions, and provide ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Development: Work with business groups to understand processes and define technical requirements; design and deliver automation using Automation Anywhere and related technologies.
  • Testing & Deployment: Perform thorough testing to ensure high-quality, reliable implementations that align with project objectives.
  • Support & Optimization: Maintain and troubleshoot automation workflows; perform analysis and enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
  • Communication & Documentation: Clearly share updates and technical details with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; create and maintain documentation, including design specs and process records.
  • Process Enhancement: Propose improvements, recommend new tools or features, and ensure solutions align with internal standards and security guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, technical bootcamp completion, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on work with Automation Anywhere.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
    • Excellent planning and organizational skills
    • Basic understanding of quality assurance principles
  • Certifications: Automation Anywhere certification is a plus.
  • Location Requirement: Must reside within 30 miles of Cleveland, OH; Buffalo, NY; or Albany, NY.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with low-code platforms, process mining, or IDP solutions
  • Background in software development
  • Strong ability to communicate with technical and business audiences
