About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in healthcare provider revenue cycles and extensive experience designing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. This role blends technical architecture, project management, and domain knowledge to support sales and deliver tailored RPA solutions to clients.

Responsibilities 

  • Revenue Cycle Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycles to spot automation opportunities and process improvements.
  • RPA Architecture: Develop and design UiPath RPA solutions that align with business goals and workflows.
  • Project Management: Lead RPA projects from planning through deployment and monitoring.
  • Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to provide technical insights during client engagements, presentations, and proposals.
  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand requirements and ensure successful RPA implementation and adoption.
  • Process Integration: Integrate RPA tools smoothly into existing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Mentorship: Coach junior RPA developers to understand the broader impact of their work.
  • Certification: Candidates are expected to earn at least one UiPath Professional Certification within the first year of the contract.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience supporting enterprise environments in backend, full-stack development, or infrastructure roles.
  • At least two of the following:
    • 3+ years of object-oriented programming (.NET, C#, Python, etc.) or platform infrastructure support.
    • 3+ years’ experience with on-premises and/or cloud infrastructure, including Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, APIs, and networking.
    • 2+ years of experience with containerized production deployments such as Kubernetes.

Preferred

  • Experience with UiPath platform infrastructure and/or development.
  • Skilled in managing UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio within enterprise settings.
  • Background in commercial healthcare IT environments.
  • Experience collaborating with healthcare organizations or other commercial industries.
