Location: Remote/Hybrid — available in Miami Lakes, Tampa, Atlanta, or Dallas
Job Summary:
The FCC RPA Developer & Systems Analyst enhances operational efficiency by designing, developing, coding, testing, and documenting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) modules. This role involves close collaboration with the AML/BSA, Fraud, and Compliance teams to assess and interpret business needs, define system requirements, and validate data for various use cases.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with AML/BSA, Fraud, and Compliance departments to analyze data processes and document business and system requirements.

Translate business needs into system specifications and maintain related documentation (e.g., metadata, mapping documents).

Identify and resolve inconsistencies in data usage across departments.

Work with data architects, ETL developers, and end users to ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.

Utilize programming languages to generate reports and understand application server/web services architecture.

Design, build, test, and maintain RPA bots in line with established methodologies and standards.

Convert business processes into automated workflows and integrate automation with various data sources.

Maintain comprehensive documentation through all development phases.

Monitor bot operations and performance, implementing improvements when needed.

Execute QA processes and validate data outputs to meet specifications.

Develop complex queries and programs to support AML/BSA, Fraud, and Compliance analytics.

Support enterprise metadata management in alignment with data governance initiatives.

Participate in peer reviews to ensure technical integrity of projects.

Stay informed on industry developments, IT trends, and regulatory changes.

Perform job duties with minimal supervision while adhering to relevant laws, including BSA and the US PATRIOT Act.

Comply with company policies, complete required training, and report any suspicious activity.
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience in data analytics and systems engineering.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on RPA development experience.
Preferred Certifications:
-
Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)

Anti-Money Laundering Certified Associate (AMLCA)
Required Skills & Knowledge:
-
Strong verbal and written communication, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Excellent attention to detail, especially under pressure.

Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath preferred).

Familiarity with API development/consumption (Apigee preferred).

Proficiency in SQL, Oracle, BI tools, and data mining.

Experience with AI, machine learning, and business intelligence tools.

Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and enterprise risk management systems.

Ability to conceptualize abstract ideas into actionable business logic.

Knowledge of AML platforms and financial crime monitoring systems.
