About the Role
The Intelligent Automation team within Nasdaq’s Finance department is seeking an RPA Developer to contribute to automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce risk. This role is key in designing, developing, and deploying automated solutions to eliminate manual tasks and support strategic finance functions. The position is full-time and based in Vilnius, requiring at least two days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with application and process owners to gather business and technical requirements
- Develop process documentation including flowcharts, layouts, and technical diagrams
- Design, build, and test RPA solutions using industry-leading tools
- Apply RPA best practices and ensure timely project delivery
- Support user acceptance testing and coordinate deployment activities
- Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement fixes
- Lead process automation efforts from concept through execution
Required Skills
- Practical experience with RPA tools, particularly Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
- Experience working with APIs and integration tools
- Strong ability to translate business processes into technical automation solutions
- Solid understanding of automation design standards, documentation, and governance
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other leading automation platforms or tools
- Familiarity with process design and technical design documentation
- Proven ability to lead complex automation projects from end to end
- Passion for emerging technologies and process optimization
