About the Role
DTSE Romania is seeking an RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere. The role involves close collaboration with business analysts and process owners to streamline business operations through automation. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on RPA experience, strong technical acumen, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to design RPA solutions.
- Participate in client design sessions to advise on scalability, performance, and maintainability of automation workflows.
- Research and implement technologies for integrating with enterprise applications.
- Develop, configure, and test attended and unattended RPA solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Engage in the full development lifecycle: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Transition automation projects to managed services support teams.
- Work with solutions architects to align infrastructure requirements.
- Debug and resolve issues in RPA processes and ensure code adherence to guidelines.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams and business partners.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of RPA development experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in RPA solution design, configuration, and deployment.
- Familiarity with supporting technologies like SQL, VBA, and Python.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to adapt to complex technical environments and new technologies.
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within intercultural teams.
- Experience with functional areas such as Finance or HR is a plus.
- Ability to conduct demo sessions (“show and tell”) with business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- German language skills are an advantage.
- Experience in complex work environments.
- Knowledge of Digital Transformation technologies and their applications.
