About the Role
We’re on the lookout for driven and innovative Business or Technology Consultants to become part of our team. In this position, you’ll collaborate with various teams to evaluate, design, and implement smart automation solutions that enhance client operations. You’ll be actively involved in projects involving Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low-Code/No-Code tools, and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA).

Background in business or tech consulting

Practical experience with Business Process Management (BPM)

Familiarity with automation tools like Power Automate, UiPath, SAP iRPA, Blue Prism, and Appian

Good grasp of RPA, Low-Code platforms, and Intelligent Automation

Bonus skills: Python, NodeJs, Java, React, Angular, AWS, Terraform, or AI-related technologies such as machine learning libraries, TensorFlow, or Microsoft Cognitive Services
What You’ll Do as an RPA Consultant

Analyze business workflows to spot areas for automation and efficiency

Develop and deploy automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, SAP iRPA, or Appian

Oversee automation projects from start to finish (Project management experience is a plus)

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical needs

Promote the use of innovative automation technologies across teams

Stay current with new tech trends, especially AI-driven automation

Assist with documentation, training, and continuous improvement

Use bots to automate repetitive tasks, potentially cutting processing time by up to 80%

Minimize human errors

Speed up processes like onboarding or invoice handling

Allow employees to focus on more strategic tasks

Deliver effective, fast, and scalable RPA solutions
