About the Role

A growing automation team is seeking a talented RPA Bot Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain advanced automation solutions. This hands-on role involves developing scalable bots using Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and DarkRoom, integrating AI capabilities to optimize business operations and enhance efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA bots using Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and DarkRoom.
  • Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand needs and create efficient automation workflows.
  • Build and maintain full-stack solutions, including data integrations and APIs.
  • Implement exception handling, logging, and performance monitoring for bots.
  • Integrate AI/ML models for intelligent routing and advanced decision-making.
  • Maintain code repositories, version control, and documentation.
  • Ensure automations comply with security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Support code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
  • Continuously enhance development practices and frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience with Automation Anywhere (A2019 or newer) and Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud).
  • Experience using DarkRoom for process or document workflow automation.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with SAFe DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus.

Additional Desired Skills

  • Experience integrating AI/ML models into automations.
  • Familiarity with document understanding tools (e.g., ABBYY).
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • RPA certifications (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional).
  • Experience with governance frameworks and Center of Excellence (COE) models.
