About the Role

The RPA/AI Developer (Senior Analyst) will support a federal client in designing, deploying, and maintaining intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies. This role includes development for both on-premise and cloud environments and may require occasional after-hours support. The position is contingent upon future contract award and funding approval.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy RPA/AI automation solutions using UiPath and other platforms
Provide ongoing operational support for automation deployments
Develop solutions across cloud and on-premise environments
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate chatbots and cognitive tools
Contribute to automation strategies involving OCR, machine learning, and AI-driven data handling

Required Qualifications

5+ years of RPA development experience using UiPath
Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Kofax
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and at least one programming language (C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Knowledge of .NET Framework and REST APIs
Familiarity with RPA/AI Centers of Excellence (COEs)
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience deploying AI-powered automations, including chatbots, OCR, and machine learning
Background in government or manufacturing process automation
Experience with JIRA and project tracking tools
