Position Overview:

Are you an RPA Developer looking to make a meaningful difference? Join us in supporting the U.S. Marine Corps by creating and deploying innovative automation solutions. If you have experience with UiPath or other top RPA tools and want to work on impactful government projects, this role is a great fit.

You’ll join a collaborative team focused on improving USMC operations. U.S. citizenship and a security clearance (or eligibility for one) are required. This is a hybrid position with occasional meetings at the client site in Arlington, VA. While the job can be done from any CGI Federal office in the U.S., preference is given to those near the National Capital Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement RPA workflows using UiPath.

  • Work within government or defense environments.

  • Write detailed documentation, including Process Design Documents (PDDs).

  • Utilize UiPath Studio and Orchestrator to deploy solutions.

  • Collect and document reporting/analytics requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or similar field—or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of RPA development, especially with UiPath.

  • Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, PowerShell, R, SQL, and JavaScript.

  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification (UiARD) or equivalent.

  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and test automation.

  • Experience with SQL databases.

  • Able to work independently or in team settings (remote or on-site).

  • Must have or be eligible for a Secret clearance.

  • U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with DAI or similar financial systems.

  • Experience with scripting (R, Ruby, PowerShell).

  • Understanding of cloud platforms and virtualization tools like VMware.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated U.S. salary range: $90,000–$130,000, based on skills, experience, and certifications.
