About the Role
The Junior/Mid RPA Developer will join the RPA team at the Brasov office, working on automation projects that streamline operations for major organizations. In this role, you will develop RPA solutions using UiPath, contribute to technical documentation, and support bot deployment and monitoring—under the guidance of senior developers. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio
- Automate processes across tools such as SAP GUI, Excel, Outlook, and web applications
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document automation requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow diagrams
- Apply REFramework design patterns in automation development
- Support the deployment and management of bots via UiPath Orchestrator
- Provide first-line support for automated processes and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
- Continuously improve automation solutions through testing and basic error handling
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with UiPath
- Familiarity with REFramework and Orchestrator components (queues, assets, triggers)
- Some exposure to SAP GUI automation (basic scripting and transaction handling)
- Experience with Excel and Outlook automation is preferred
- Basic programming or scripting knowledge (VB.NET, C#, or similar)
- Ability to work independently with direction on assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with both business and technical teams
- Interest in learning documentation practices such as PDDs and SDDs
