Join Arla’s Global IT team and help transform the dairy industry. With over 300 IT professionals and 800 consultants, we’re making a real difference. You’ll be part of the Automation and Analytics Services team, supporting automation and data analytics across the business. Our teams are based in Denmark, the UK, and Poland.
We’re looking for a manager to ensure our RPA tools are stable, scalable, and well-maintained. This role involves leading a well-established team and developing efficient automation solutions. As we grow our digital capabilities, your leadership will be key to keeping our systems secure, scalable, and high-performing.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

Leading and supporting a team of 7 specialists.

Making sure the team delivers consistently and effectively.

Driving development in line with our Robotics strategy using a DevOps approach.

Ensuring solutions follow best practices and meet security standards.

Working with tools like Blue Prism, RoboFinance, and Microsoft Power Platform across the business.

Collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager to meet and exceed performance targets.

Working closely with our Architect to improve the quality and efficiency of our processes.
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who is proactive and thrives in a dynamic environment. You should have solid leadership experience in IT and excellent communication skills to work with both executives and technical experts. You should also be forward-thinking and eager to explore new automation opportunities.
To succeed, you should have:

A Master’s degree in IT or a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

2+ years as a manager or team leader, ideally in a technical environment.

Experience in RPA, especially Blue Prism.

Knowledge of ServiceNow, Power Platform, SQL, or SAP is a plus.

Familiarity with ITIL or Agile (like SAFe) methodologies.

Strong English skills (Polish is helpful but not required).

Willingness to work onsite 50% of the time, plus one extra day per month.
