About the Role
The IT Project Manager will oversee software development initiatives with a focus on data management within cloud environments. This role involves coordinating agile projects, leading governance processes, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in international settings.
Key Responsibilities
Project Governance
- Organize and manage governance activities including Product Committees, Steering Committees, Rollout Committees, and risk evaluations in line with corporate frameworks
- Collect and consolidate input from key project participants
Project Management & Coordination
- Ensure smooth coordination of development and deployment tasks across multiple providers
- Identify and address project obstacles or misalignments among team members
Contractor Oversight
- Monitor and manage the progress of various project contributors
- Align functional outcomes with planned costs and timelines
- Detect and mitigate risks affecting delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing software development projects, preferably focused on cloud-based data management
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and cloud project delivery
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level), with prior experience in multicultural and international teams
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and organizational skills—especially in remote working environments
- Effective prioritization, analytical thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure
