About the Role
The UiPath RPA Developer will design, build, test, and deploy automation workflows to support an intelligence community customer. This role requires a strong background in UiPath development, advanced certification, and the ability to work within a cross-functional team of government and contractor personnel. The developer will be responsible for building reliable automation solutions, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices, while ensuring compliance with security and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to execute automation initiatives, from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Develop workflows in UiPath using Flowchart and Sequence methodologies.
- Create and integrate Macros, including VLOOKUP formulas, into UiPath processes.
- Publish bots and configure Robots within UiPath Orchestrator.
- Apply best practices in development and conduct code reviews.
- Monitor and resolve issues in production UiPath processes with timely solutions.
- Stage and deploy automation solutions into testing and production environments.
- Perform data and web scraping, screen automation, and end-to-end bot development.
- Document workflows, create process diagrams, and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Provide recommendations for automation opportunities and system enhancements.
- Support proof-of-concept (POC) development and solution demonstrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph (or eligibility with current TS/SCI).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of UiPath development experience.
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel at mid-to-expert level.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Proven experience in developing, scheduling, and deploying bots through UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
- Proficiency with automation testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of management.
- Programming or coding skills in multiple languages preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced RPA Developer certification (UiARD) or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Experience in building business models and analyzing automation solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Location: Reston, VA 20190.
- Security Requirement: TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
- Salary Range: $140,000 – $190,000 annually, dependent on education, experience, and program needs.
