About the Role

The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will join a cross-functional automation team to design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions using leading technologies such as Blue Prism and UiPath. This role focuses on delivering process automation that enhances efficiency, reduces manual work, and meets the highest quality standards. Working in a hybrid model in Vilnius, the developer will collaborate with multiple business departments to support innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using RPA tools such as Blue Prism and UiPath.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure solutions are reusable, reliable, and aligned with integration standards.
  • Support automation maintenance as needed due to technical or business changes.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience with business process automation (macros, RPA platforms, scripting).
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate, or C#.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in automation development.
  • Good understanding of process design, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering multi-departmental automation projects.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted automation, with ability to validate and refine AI outputs.
  • Background in working with international, multicultural teams.

  • Monthly gross base salary: €2,275 – €4,033, plus annual variable target incentive.
