About the Role

The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and maintaining automation workflows using UiPath. Working within a cross-functional automation team, the role partners with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT experts to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance operational efficiency. This position provides the opportunity to shape scalable digital transformation initiatives while contributing to enterprise-wide productivity and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA workflows using UiPath.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Test, maintain, and optimize automation solutions to ensure stability and performance.
  • Document process designs, automation logic, and best practices.
  • Support and enhance existing automations across departments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the Automation Team.

Required Skills

  • Proven hands-on experience developing RPA workflows with UiPath (or similar RPA tools).
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflow design, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of automation in areas such as Excel, APIs, and SAP.
  • Basic programming skills in VB.NET, C#, or Python.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale process automation projects.
  • Exposure to automation governance, compliance, and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and cross-system integrations.
