About the Role
The RPA Developer will join the Accounting team in Denver and play a pivotal role in the company’s RPA Center of Excellence. This position focuses on designing, building, and optimizing automation workflows using UiPath to improve operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Europe to deliver scalable automation solutions, monitor digital workforce performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Manage the full automation lifecycle, from discovery to maintenance.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver smart automation outcomes.
- Monitor and optimize automation performance within UiPath Orchestrator.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Identify new opportunities for process improvement and innovative technology integration.
- Share automation knowledge across business teams and promote innovation.
- Contribute to evolving automation frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Strong grasp of programming fundamentals (.NET, Python, or VB).
- Hands-on experience with UiPath.
- Effective communication skills to engage technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and passion for process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial or ERP systems such as PeopleSoft or Yardi.
- Exposure to intelligent document processing (IDP), business process management (BPM), AI, or low-code platforms.
- Understanding of project or change management methodologies.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hiring salary range: $89,000 – $109,000, with total compensation including bonus potential.
