About the Role
The Senior RPA Automation Analyst will play a key role in Toyota’s Intelligent Business Automation Department, partnering with RPA teams and business stakeholders to design, implement, and sustain automation solutions across the enterprise. This position focuses on improving internal processes, increasing productivity, and enabling the organization to maximize the benefits of intelligent automation technologies.
The role reports to the department’s Senior Manager and works closely with stakeholders at all levels within Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) to drive automation adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, understand process flows, and identify automation opportunities using RPA CoE methodologies.
- Lead and facilitate RPA governance processes, tracking deliverables and managing input from business partners.
- Partner with IT functions including Business Applications, Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure successful automation delivery.
- Engage with vendors and cross-functional teams to adopt emerging automation trends and capabilities.
- Manage dependencies, coordinate with stakeholders, and align efforts to meet automation objectives.
- Serve as an automation advocate, promoting awareness, adoption, and best practices across the organization.
Required Skills
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation, including development, business analysis, and/or support.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build productive, collaborative working relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in UiPath suite of products, including Automation Cloud, Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, Apps, Automation Ops, Document Understanding, Insights, Integration Service, Task Mining, Test Manager, and Computer Vision.
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Automation Developer Professional certification.
- Experience with additional automation tools, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, etc.), and AI technologies.
