About the Role

The RPA Developer / Business Analyst will combine strong business insight with technical expertise to support, maintain, and advance automation processes across the organization. This position will also contribute to ERP system support, business applications development, and reporting improvements. The role involves working closely with business leaders, IT teams, and corporate RPA specialists to deliver resilient, efficient, and value-driven automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support existing UiPath automation processes, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Design and implement automation enhancements to increase resiliency and reduce operational overhead.
  • Lead the delivery of automation projects, including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Manage a pipeline of robotic process automation projects with demonstrable business benefits.
  • Collaborate with corporate RPA teams to ensure UiPath systems remain current and compliant.
  • Support ERP system operations (QAD / Progress DB preferred), providing user training and process improvement recommendations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance business applications and reporting tools.
  • Partner with department managers to identify business needs, streamline processes, and apply automation where possible.
  • Drive operational efficiency through data modeling and process optimization.

Required Skills

  • UiPath Automation Developer Certification.
  • ERP development and support experience (QAD preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of programming experience (RPA, VB+, PHP).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience in business process re-engineering.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across diverse environments and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and RPA governance controls.
  • Proficiency in Progress 4GL, Microsoft SQL, or Salesforce (SDFC).
  • Additional expertise in UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing/supply chain processes.
