As an RPA Specialist, you’ll operate at the intersection of technology, automation, and innovation—designing and implementing automated workflows that drive efficiency for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions using RPA tools, primarily UiPath
- Identify automation opportunities by analyzing business processes and translating them into efficient workflows
- Work closely with clients to deliver tailored RPA solutions that drive measurable improvements
- Promote RPA adoption both internally and externally, contributing to a culture of innovation
- Collaborate with the broader innovation team to integrate emerging technologies like AI into business processes
- Stay up to date with advancements in RPA and apply them to real-world applications
What’s Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or IT-related field
- 3–5 years of experience in RPA development
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience with UiPath or equivalent RPA tools
- UiPath certification is a plus
- Strong interest in automation, process optimization, and innovation
