Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Recommend solutions to streamline and improve workflows
- Modify existing automations based on user feedback and requirements
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots
- Test and validate implemented solutions
- Prepare technical documentation for deployed bots
- Participate in prioritizing automation initiatives
- Create and maintain custom automation libraries
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to deliver effective automation strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- Intermediate to advanced experience with UiPath, demonstrated through multiple automation projects
- Strong knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing databases
- Programming experience, especially with Python
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint and its integration capabilities
- Understanding of RPA tools and integration platforms
- 2–3 years of experience in RPA-related roles
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and task ownership
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficient in English for documentation review and professional communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in finance, accounting, or HR process automation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform
- UiPath certification(s)
