In this role, you will:

Take part in end-to-end process transformation, not just minor tasks.

Create new work models that combine human and bot collaboration.

Manage the operational delivery of automation bots.

Evaluate business processes for automation potential and help build their automation roadmap.

Co-design new solutions involving RPA, low-code, and AI.

Help promote a culture of automation within one of Poland’s largest e-commerce companies.
Depending on your experience, you may also:

Develop bots using UiPath and experiment with new automation techniques.

Support UiPath developers by helping ensure the quality of their solutions.
We’re looking for someone who has:
-
3+ years of experience working with UiPath.
-
Understanding of stable algorithm design and error handling.
-
Analytical thinking skills.
-
Knowledge of process optimization methods.
-
Experience in project management.
-
A proactive mindset, openness to change, and strong empathy when collaborating with business users.
Bonus skills (not required, but great to have):

Experience in e-commerce or retail operations.

Knowledge of ML/AI solutions.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform.
