Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the setup and upkeep of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) development and production environments.

  • Manage upgrades and modifications to software and infrastructure.

  • Administer and configure UiPath software, including license management, Orchestrator, and version control tools.

  • Ensure adherence to automation best practices, especially for solutions deployed in production.

  • Evaluate automation opportunities and technical complexity, proposing potential solutions.

  • Support pre-sales by delivering technical solutions, effort estimates, and implementation plans.

  • Work on integrating large-scale enterprise systems, including subsystems and ERP applications.

  • Guide and support RPA developers through mentorship on active projects.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to address and resolve infrastructure issues impacting RPA operations.

Your Profile

  • Degree in IT or Finance.

  • Experience in the financial services sector.

  • Hands-on experience with UiPath, including Studio and Orchestrator upgrades.

  • Skilled in RPA development and performing code reviews.

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including:

    • Cloud services, Virtual Machines, Windows Server

    • Web Apps, Key Vault, Active Directory

    • VNet integration, Private Endpoints

    • Managing TLS/SSL certificates

    • Optimizing infrastructure deployments

    • App registration and DNS configurations

  • Proficient in SQL server management and database upkeep.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps).

  • Strong programming skills in at least one object-oriented language (preferably C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript).

  • Solid understanding of SQL, software design patterns, and API integrations (SOAP/REST, BAPI, MS Graph API, .NET).

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
